BudgetrackerKnow what came in, where it went, and how each budget is progressing.
Budgetracker connects account-aware income and expense records, category budgets, financial-year trends and shared oversight in one organised workspace for personal, family, group or firm finances.
A practical financial picture without scattered notes or spreadsheets.
Budgetracker is a secure web workspace for everyday financial management. Individuals can organise personal money, while a family, group or firm can give authorised users a shared financial context. Income and expenses update account and overall balances, category budgets show what has been spent and what remains, and the dashboard turns current activity into a useful financial-year view.

Who is Budgetracker designed for?
Budgetracker supports an individual managing personal money as well as authorised users working in a shared family, group or firm financial workspace.
Which budget periods are supported?
Budgets can be created by expense category for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly periods. The dashboard calculates current spending, percentage used and the amount remaining.
Can Budgetracker manage more than one account?
Yes. It supports savings, current, credit-card and other account records, including opening and current balances. It records account-aware transactions but does not claim automatic live-bank synchronisation.
Can different people have different access?
Yes. The application includes users, roles and permission controls so access can be shaped for the people managing a shared financial workspace.
Can records be exported?
Supported management tables can be searched and filtered, then exported to PDF or Excel. Deleted transactions also have a controlled restore workflow.
Is Budgetracker a full accounting or tax-filing system?
Budgetracker focuses on income, expense, account and budget management. Formal bookkeeping, statutory accounting and tax-filing requirements should be assessed separately for the firm and jurisdiction involved.
